SCE Information Services - HR Systems, a part of PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. is currently seeking talented people interested in international career opportunities in Krakow, Poland.We are currently recruiting for the positions of: Project Leader ISAs a Project Leader IS you will manage complex project studies and executions to meet the requirements, provide consultations to other departments.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Participate in project definition; Drive a specific project within agreed scope, budget, resources and timing; Apply project management methodology based on known solutions, applications and best practices; Support roll-out of the project, concurrently participate in other projects related to a program; Inform Steering Committee about progress; Resolve project related issues; Assure adherence to standards; Motivate, coach, and evaluate team; Manage 3rd party suppliers and consultants.

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Information Systems. Demonstrated Project Coordination/Leading skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in support and delivery of integrated enterprise applications (experience in SAP Solutions is essential; knowledge of HR Systems would be a plus). MS Windows and Office suite, Web technologies and database experience. Visual Basic/Script, other programming languages like C++, C# Awareness of data and systems security concepts. Up-to-date with modern corporate Information Technologies? standards. Achievement oriented and team player. Good communication skills. Analytical and learning capability. Good knowledge of English; Polish or any other European language is a plus.
